Xiao Feng

Young violinist living in the United States, born in Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province in 1985. In 2000, he entered the high school affiliated to Xi'an Conservatory of music. In 2003, he was admitted to the Hong Kong Academy of performing arts with a full scholarship. He studied violin with the famous violinist Ma Zhong as a professor. During school, he won the Chen song'an Violin Performance Excellence Award, the Christopher belisford violin Memorial Award, the gold award of the school level annual concerto competition, and also served as the chief of the Symphony Orchestra of the Academy of performing arts Chief of the Baroque Chamber Orchestra of the Academy for performing arts and the first violin of the string quartet of the Academy for performing arts; In 2008, he graduated from the Hong Kong Academy for performing arts with honors and received a first-class bachelor's degree. In the same year, he won a full scholarship and a Starling scholar scholarship to enter the Conservatory of music of the University of Cincinnati, a world-famous institution of higher music. He studied with Professor Kurt sasmanshouse, a famous violinist and educator, majoring in violin performance and teaching, and obtained a master's degree in 2010; In the same year, he served as the teaching assistant of Professor Kurt sasmanshouse, continued to study for his doctorate in music art, minor in symphony conductor, and became the teaching assistant of Professor Mark Gibson, a famous conductor.
